Hand application is recommended for orders under 5,000 units. It involves a simple peel, place, and press process and carries no additional surcharge. Machine application is designed for automated label placement and is ideal for larger runs (5,000+ units) where consistency and speed matter. For orders under 5,000 units, machine application carries a flat $25 setup fee. Both methods deliver professional results — the choice comes down to volume and cost efficiency.

A dieline is a template file that shows the exact shape, dimensions, bleed areas, and safety zones for your artwork. It is especially important for direct print orders where your design is printed directly onto the packaging surface — the dieline ensures your artwork aligns perfectly with the container's contours. For custom label orders, dielines help position text and graphics within the printable area. We provide downloadable dieline files for every product variant in our configurator above.

We prefer PDF, EPS, and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files — these vector formats ensure your artwork prints at the highest quality at any size. All artwork must be in vector format with fonts outlined, images embedded, and color space set to CMYK. We can also accept PSD (Photoshop), PNG, JPG, and SVG files, though vector formats are strongly recommended for the best print results. Maximum file size is 25MB per file.
